| I don t like writing bad reviews but I dislike poor customer service and poor quality food more I ordered crispy duck and when it arrived it was was neither crispy or the right duck meat they gave me a sliced duck breast It was fatty and spongy with zero meat just awful I am no chef but I know the difference between crispy cooked duck and a microwaved duck breast Not what I ordered and to try and make it look authentic they chucked in a random bone It all went straight into the bin To make things worse I tried to contact them twice to explain their mistake and failed to receive a response both times so I am writing this review I ordered from Welcome Express because they are local to me but I won t be doing this again we should not have to put up with bad customer service and poor quality food They are only getting one star because I can t select zero Such a disappointment Lisa Lowe -2023-08-15 12:42:50 |
